President Arif Alvi on Friday sought that the concerned authorities complete the pending water supply projects for Karachi post haste.
The president was chairing a meeting concerning Karachi’s water woes in the capital when he said that 11 to 12 hundred million gallons of water are required for the city and until that demand is met people would continue to face a shortage.
He also said that Karachi’s welfare is one of the government’s top priorities and a swift solution to the problem is only possible through the cooperation of all stakeholders.
