The Pakistan Meteorological Department has said that Karachi would experience a short winter spanning over 1.5 months this year.
Chief meteorologist Sardar Sarfaraz has predicted that temperatures in the city will drop as soon as December commences and will stay so till the last week of January.
In the next two weeks, the temperature in the city will drop to 17 degrees at night. The maximum temperature will be 35 degrees.
The meteorologist said that Karachi winter is directly dependent on the weather in Quetta.
