A statement from Cambridge International revealed that Pakistani students from various cities are preparing for the June 2023 exam series, which is scheduled to begin in April. The June exam series is the largest exam series of Cambridge International every year, with hundreds of thousands of candidates from around the world taking their school exams. In Pakistan, students will take their Cambridge IGCSE, Cambridge O Level, and Cambridge International AS & A Level exams in about 100 examination venues across the country, as the statement noted. With over 330,000 subject entries, more than 100,000 candidates in Pakistan will sit for exams in over 100 subjects in Cambridge O Level, IGCSE and Cambridge International AS & A Level qualifications.
The first exam for candidates in Pakistan will commence on April 25, and the exam series will conclude on June 9. Cambridge International collaborates with schools and its associates such as British Council to ensure that students can prepare and take their exams in a secure environment. Strict regulations are in place to ensure that the quality, integrity, and high standards of examinations are maintained, and students worldwide are treated equally and fairly. According to the statement, this approach ensures that Cambridge qualifications are valued and recognised by leading universities and employers across the globe.
Despite the challenges students have faced in recent years, such as the pandemic and socio-economic uncertainty, Cambridge International remains committed to helping students advance in their education. During the pandemic, they devised effective ways of conducting examinations and provided students, parents, and schools with guidance and support. Cambridge International expressed pride in contributing to the academic journeys of students throughout Pakistan and extended best wishes to all candidates for their upcoming exams.
