Board of Secondary Education Karachi (BSEK) announced the schedule for SSC examination form submission, providing guidance to students appearing in upcoming annual and supplementary exams across the city.
According to the official notification, candidates who appeared in SSC Part II exams 2025 and failed subjects can apply for SSC Part I annual examinations scheduled for 2026.
The board stated that forms for science and general groups, both regular and private candidates, will be accepted under a detailed timeline including normal and late fee categories.

Without late fees, examination forms will be received from January 6 until January 30, 2026, allowing students sufficient time to complete registration requirements smoothly and properly.
Late submission will carry increasing charges, starting from Rs 200 and rising up to Rs 1,800, depending on submission dates announced by the education board.

The students failed to submit the examination form after all the due dates will have to pay a fine of Rs 2,500.
For regular science and general group candidates, examination forms must be submitted online through the board’s official website after generating fee vouchers and depositing payments at designated banks.
The notification clarified that students enrolled in government schools under the science and general groups are exempted from paying examination fees under Sindh government policy.

Private candidates and previous failures must submit forms at specified bank branches, including National Bank, Askari Commercial Bank, and United Bank Limited booths nationwide as notified.
School heads have been directed to ensure all student forms are submitted collectively in one batch, helping streamline the administrative process and prevent documentation issues.
Education officials advised students and parents to carefully follow the SSC examination form schedule, warning that delays or errors could affect eligibility for upcoming examinations.
