The price of 24-karat gold in Pakistan on Monday, July 8, increased by Rs 1,500 per tola, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association.
The All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association (APGJSA) stated that this price rise follows global trends, where the 24-karat gold rate has also surged and settling at Rs354,500.
In the local market, the price for 10 grams of 24-karat gold increased by Rs 1,286, settling at Rs 303,926.
Internationally, gold is priced at $3,325 per ounce, showing a rise of $15 during the same period, according to data from APGJSA.
Meanwhile, silver prices remains same bringing the rate to Rs 3,841 per tola. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of silver now selling at Rs 3,293.
Yesterday, the price of 24-karat gold in Pakistan on Monday, July 7, dropped by Rs 2,500 per tola, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association.
