Karachi Administrator Murtaza Wahab on Thursday tweeted about the progress of the development of a promenade being built at Karachi’s Manora Beach.
According to the dictionary, a promenade is a long, open, level area, usually next to a river or large body of water, where people may walk.
“Work is almost complete on the Manora Beach Front Promenade being developed by the Sindh government,” Wahab wrote on Twitter.

“This will be the first of its kind initiative in Karachi and will serve as a major attraction for beach lovers,” he added.
The tweets came after the administrator visited Manora Beach today to review the pace of the construction work.
