LPG Prices in Pakistan National

LPG prices hiked in Pakistan

The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has announced a price hike for Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) effective December 1 across Pakistan.

As per the details, the new rate for LPG is set at Rs 254.30 per kilogram, an increase from Rs 250.31 in November.

The price of a domestic cylinder has climbed to Rs 3,079.79, up from Rs 2,999.47 last month.

OGRA attributes the rise to fluctuations in the US dollar’s value.

The increase is expected to add financial pressure on consumers already struggling with high inflation and fuel prices.

Earlier, in October, LPG prices were increased by Rs 7.31 per kilogram, with the cost of a domestic cylinder reaching Rs 2,965.38.

This latest adjustment reflects ongoing economic challenges, further straining households reliant on LPG for daily needs.
