In a strange development, a Pir Jo Goth family had to face the predicament as their daughter allegedly set the house on fire after elders prevented her from making TikTok videos.
Girl’s father Aziz Ahmed Khilji, lodged an FIR with the local police alleging his daughter has set their house on fire after he tried and stopped her from making videos for the short video sharing platform TikTok.
The FIR on father’s complaint said after the family prevented her from making such videos, she insulted them and set fire to the house.
The local police following the complaint made her father, arrested the suspect girl and shifted her to women police station in the locality.
Separately, a security guard in Gulistan e Jauhar area of Karachi was killed by self shooting, while recording a TikTok video.
Apparently he pointed a gun to his temple and posed for the video but the trigger went off in his hand and the fatal shot killed him there and then.
