The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Tuesday served notices to the Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) and the advocate general Sindh over illegal construction in Karachi’s Nazimabad.
The notices were issued over the construction of ground plus one-floor portion in 120 square yard plot in Karachi’s Nazimabad Block 1.
The complainant challenged the construction in the Sindh High Court stating that action should be taken against the people responsible for the construction.
