The National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) on Tuesday said that as many as 42,373 samples were tested in a day, out of which 400 turned out to be positive, showing national positivity rate of 0.94 per cent.
The death toll from the pandemic climbed to 28,558 after eleven more people succumbed to the viral disease.
On Monday, the NCOC expressed satisfaction over the ongoing vaccination process across the country.
