The Meteorological Department on Monday said that the next spell of monsoon rains will start from September 9 in Karachi.
Director Met Office Sardar Sarfaraz has predicted that the fresh monsoon system will bring light to moderate rainfall in the region

“The duration of the wet spell will last between September 09 and 10,” ARY News quoted the weather official as saying.
Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) on Sunday had announced that the heavy rains producing monsoon low over southern Sindh fizzled out and become insignificant after pouring for three days.
