As predicted, Thursday brought heavy rains to most parts of Karachi. While roads were already starting to clog in the city on Thursday, the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has predicted rains and thundershowers in several areas of the metropolitan on Friday and Saturday and raised fears about urban flooding in the city.
