Agitated consumers have complained of K-Electric’s unscheduled loadshedding. The company has said that the loadshedding is occurring to cover the shortage of 300MW that it is not receiving from the national grid.
Customers have said that unfair tactics are being used instead of a fair schedule for the entire area for load shedding.
In different sectors of Landhi and Korangi, there are more than 10 hours of loadshedding while some other areas are getting uninterrupted 24-hour electricity.
