The spokesperson stated that CNG consumption accounts for only 1.5 MCFD of the province’s total gas consumption. Despite this minimal share, the sector has remained completely shut for four months.
According to the association, workers associated with the CNG sector represent approximately 0.1 per cent of the total workforce, yet they continue to bear the impact of the prolonged gas suspension.
