1. Log in to the S-BOSS Portal
- Visit: sboss.business.gos.pk
- Log in using your CNIC number and password
2. Navigate to the Reservation Service
After logging in:
- Click on Department

- Click on Reservation of KMC Sports Complexes and Playgrounds in Karachi for Sports Events
- Then click Registration / Apply Now
3. Review Service Details
Before applying, you will see important information:
According to the S-BOSS website, there is no processing fee for the application however, the charges for the event (as of 20 April 2026) are as follows:
- Non-sponsored event: Rs. 5,000 per hour
- Sponsored event: Rs. 10,000 per hour
- Processing time (Turnaround Time): Around 20 days
4. Prepare Required Documents
You will need:
- CNIC (mandatory)
- NTN Certificate (if applying as a business/organization)
5. Fill the Application Form
The form has two parts:
- General Information:
- Fill in all required fields marked with a red star (*)
- Use the information icon for guidance
- You can also use the map feature to add your location or auto-detect it via GPS
6. Upload Required Documents
- File formats allowed: PDF, PNG, JPG only
- Maximum file size: 6 MB per file
- Upload documents using the Upload button
- You can preview uploaded files using the View option
7. Submit Your Application
After completing all steps, submit your application
