Pakistan batter Sahibzada Farhan achieved remarkable T20 milestones on Saturday, becoming the first Pakistani to hit 100 sixes in a calendar year.
He reached the landmark during Pakistan’s chase against Sri Lanka in the third T20I of the tri-series at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.
Farhan’s record-breaking moment came in the 12.1 over when he sent Wanindu Hasaranga’s full toss straight down the ground for a massive six.

Commentators noted the shot was so perfectly timed that even the cameraman seemed startled.
The batter has been in sublime form throughout the year, recording his 15th fifty-plus T20 score in 2025, placing him among the global top scorers.

Farhan’s masterful innings, combined with his dominance over Sri Lanka’s bowling attack, helped Pakistan secure a commanding victory against Sri Lanka.
Earlier this year, he was also the top scorer for Pakistan in the Asia Cup 2025, with twin fifties against India.
