The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) has announced the 2025 intake for its EPOS Scholarship Programme, offering fully funded Master’s and PhD scholarships to professionals from Pakistan and other developing countries.
The initiative aims to support professionals with at least two years of relevant experience, enabling them to pursue development-focused academic training in Germany. The goal is to help graduates return and contribute to sustainable development in their home countries through roles in the public, private, and civil sectors.
Applicants must hold a four-year Bachelor’s degree, have development-related motivation, and come from eligible developing or newly industrialised countries.
Scholarship Benefits Include:
- €992/month for Master’s students
- €1,300/month for PhD candidates
- Health, accident, and liability insurance
- Travel allowance, with possible rent subsidy and family allowance
The funding duration ranges from 12 to 42 months, depending on the selected postgraduate programme. Only courses listed by DAAD are eligible.
