Karachi police have arrested a woman identified as Anmol alias “Pinky,” who authorities allege was operating a large cocaine supply network linked to students and influential individuals across Pakistan.

The suspect was taken into custody during a joint intelligence-based operation conducted by Garden Police and security agencies, claiming that she had been wanted in multiple cases and was evading arrest for a long time.

According to investigators, Pinky was allegedly involved in the production and distribution of high-grade cocaine through a mobile drug laboratory operating in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad.

During the raid, police reportedly recovered narcotics worth millions of rupees, chemical substances used in drug production, weapons, and a mobile cocaine manufacturing unit.

Authorities also claimed to have seized one kilogram of semi-prepared cocaine, more than 15 cocaine capsules, ketamine, ephedrine, methamphetamine, lidocaine, and bottles of homemade premium-quality red wine.

Police allege the suspect produced expensive variants of cocaine, including so-called “White Coke” and “Golden Coke,” which were reportedly sold at exceptionally high prices.

However, it was Pinky’s court appearance that quickly became the center of online debate.

Videos circulating on social media showed the accused arriving at a Karachi court without handcuffs while being escorted by a police officer in what many users described as a VIP-style manner.

According to the videos, the investigating officer appeared to guide the suspect through the courtroom as she walked in confidently, sparking criticism and questions over the treatment given to an accused facing serious drug trafficking allegations.
