According to the PMD, the city is likely to see a return of cloud cover later in the afternoon, but no significant rain or drizzle is expected for the rest of the day.

The latest update comes after earlier forecasts predicted rain and thunderstorms in Karachi under the influence of a westerly weather system.
Despite the system’s presence, its impact on the city remained limited on Wednesday.
The PMD further stated that light rain may occur in the suburban areas of Karachi on Thursday.
Strong winds are also expected during this period, which may affect routine activities in some areas.
Officials advised citizens to stay updated with the latest weather alerts, especially those living in outskirts and vulnerable locations.

Meanwhile, the maximum temperature in the city is expected to remain between 30°C and 32°C, with partly cloudy conditions likely to persist.
