However, international silver jumped by $2.12 to $111.65 per ounce, directly fueling Karachi’s sharp rise in silver rates.

The today gold rate in Karachi reflects a market that, while pausing, continues to trade at levels that redefine the financial landscape for Pakistani investors and jewellers alike.
All rates are officially certified by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, with President Muhammad Qasim Shikarpuri stating that prices are based on interbank exchange rates for purity 999 (24K).
A day earlier, the price of 24-karat gold per tola increased by Rs. 10,900 to reach Rs. 532,062. The price for 10 grams of 24-karat gold rose by Rs. 9,345 to Rs. 456,157.
The data shows 22-karat gold also rose substantially, by Rs. 8,567 to Rs. 418,159. This affects a wide range of jewelry commonly sold in domestic markets.
