Karachi University has announced that the PhD (Doctor of Philosophy) entrance test for its 2025 program will be held on December 28 (Sunday), University of Karachi announced.
The test will take place from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon at the LEJ Information Center.

Successful candidates who pass both the written test and the subsequent interview will be admitted to the Dr. Panjwani Center and the HEJ Institute.
This is the second admission phase for the university’s 2025 PhD program, and dozens of applicants are expected to appear.
Students are advised to arrive by 9:30 am and bring their admit card along with the original CNIC.
Entry for unrelated persons will not be allowed in the examination centre.

The results of successful candidates will be published on January 5, 2026, on the Karachi University website.
Shortlisted candidates will then appear for interviews from January 6 to 9, 2026, with the final merit list scheduled for January 16, 2026.
Admissions will be awarded strictly on merit, following Karachi University’s higher education policy.
