Tickets for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026 will officially go on sale today, Thursday, December 11, the International Cricket Council (ICC) announced.
Fans will be able to purchase tickets from 6:15 pm Pakistan Standard Time (PST), according to the update shared across ICC’s digital platforms.

“Grab your tickets to the ICC Men’s #T20WorldCup 2026 when sales open on 11 December at 6:45 PM IST and join fans from around the world in the stands 🏆,” the ICC wrote.
The ICC has made ticket prices for the Men’s T20 World Cup 2026 remarkably affordable to ensure wider access for fans.
Phase I tickets in India start at just PKR 311.90 (around $1.11), while in Sri Lanka, entry-level tickets are priced at PKR 909.55 (approximately $3.26).
With over 2 million tickets available for sale, the ICC aims to remove financial barriers and allow cricket enthusiasts from all backgrounds to experience the excitement of live matches.
These historic low prices highlight the board’s commitment to creating an inclusive and fan-friendly tournament, enabling supporters to witness world-class cricket at top stadiums across India and Sri Lanka.
The upcoming tournament, which marks the 10th edition of the men’s T20 World Cup, will be jointly hosted by India and Sri Lanka from February 7 to March 8 next year.

A total of 20 teams will compete, grouped into four pools of five.
The top two teams from each group will progress to the Super Eight stage, which will then be split into two groups of four.
Pakistan will open their campaign against the Netherlands on the first day of the event.
Hosts and defending champions India will face the United States of America (USA) in Mumbai on the same day.

The group phase will end on February 20 with a match between Australia and Oman in Kandy.
The Super Eight round will run from February 21 to March 1, followed by the semi-finals on March 4 and 5.
The final is scheduled for March 8 and will be held in either Ahmedabad or Colombo.

The venue will depend on whether Pakistan qualifies, as the 2009 champions are set to play all their matches in Sri Lanka.
