The Sindh government has announced new policies for recruitment aimed at improving the standard of merit by granting candidates more points based on their educational performance.

This initiative is intended to increase transparency and encourage applicants with higher educational backgrounds to take part in the public sector.

The revised structure will apply to the applicants looking for government positions starting in Grade 5 through Grade 15. The new structure will focus on educational qualifications by awarding five additional points to those who score a minimum of fifty percent in academic qualifications.

The authorities explained that applicants with intermediate levels will also get five points more in the test for recruitment. This move is designed to acknowledge their educational level and boost their overall competitiveness in screening.

The notice further states that applicants who have passed tests or training with IBA Sukkur will also receive an additional five points. This benefit is a way to acknowledge the institution’s status and encourages more candidates to complete standardized tests.
