The Corps Commanders Conference warning said any Indian aggression would meet a full, swift and decisive response, stressing national resolve, deterrence, and operational readiness across military domains today.

Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir chaired the 272nd meeting where participants voiced deep concern over recent provocative statements by Indian leaders and rising regional tensions and instability today.

The forum warned that Indian war rhetoric and provocative acts threaten peace, and participants vowed to respond proportionately while prioritizing strategic stability over escalation and maintaining regional security.

Conference participants named militant groups Fitna-ul-Kharij and Fitna-ul-Hindustan as terror networks operating under foreign patronage and pledged to eliminate their influence and support structures in coming operations.

A Fateha was offered for soldiers martyred in recent attacks attributed to foreign-backed proxies, and the Army Chief praised troops for counterterror efforts and flood relief contributions today.

According to ISPR, the Corps Commanders Conference warning reiterated that the nexus of terrorism, crime and political patronage will no longer be tolerated and decisive action will follow.

The meeting reviewed counterterrorism operations, emerging threats, and operational preparedness, directing commanders to strengthen intelligence sharing and joint operational coordination nationwide immediately to ensure swift effective responses today.

Leaders welcomed the strategic defence agreement between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, calling it historic and essential for multi-domain cooperation and regional peace and security and joint training initiatives.

The forum reaffirmed Pakistan’s support for Kashmir’s right to self-determination and reiterated backing for a two-state solution to secure lasting peace in Palestine and international diplomatic efforts continue.

The Army Chief directed commanders to maintain high standards of operational readiness, discipline, and physical fitness while ensuring modern training and equipment across all formations without compromise today.

Officials emphasised that Pakistan’s response to any aggression will be measured, swift and decisive, aimed at deterrence without unnecessary escalation of hostilities across borders and safeguarding civilian populations.

Commanders also reviewed civil-military cooperation in disaster relief, commending troops for flood assistance and underlining readiness to support national resilience and public safety through coordinated logistics and planning.

The conference concluded with orders to sustain vigilance, improve interoperability, and uphold high professional standards as Pakistan’s armed forces remain prepared to face evolving threats at all times.
