The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has introduced new, simplified digital payment options for its services across Pakistan.
Under the upgraded system, applicants can now pay service fees either in cash at NADRA offices or through secure digital platforms such as JazzCash, Easypaisa, and E-Sahulat centers.
To further improve access, NADRA now offers a QR code payment method. Applicants can ask for a QR code at the counter, scan it, and pay using mobile banking apps.
There are no extra charges for using the QR code feature.

This move is designed to make the process more convenient and faster, especially in urban areas.
This initiative is part of NADRA’s broader efforts to digitize services and improve citizen experience. These payment options are now available in NADRA centers across the country.
Citizens who need help can call the NADRA helpline at 1777 from any mobile phone. Assistance is also available through the official online complaint portal.
Those using smartphones can access services via the Pak ID mobile app, which allows complaint submission and tracking in addition to identity services.
By using digital payments, applicants can save time and avoid long queues, reducing the need for repeated visits to NADRA centers and ensuring more efficient processing.
