Defending champions India will begin their campaign by playing against the UAE on September 10 in their first group match, while the high-voltage match between India and Pakistan is scheduled for September 14, 2025.

Prize money for the Asia Cup 2025 has been increased compared to the last edition in 2023. With the tournament being held in the T20 format, the ACC expects higher revenues.
Reports suggest the winners will receive around $300,000 (over PKR 80 million), while the runners-up will be awarded approximately $150,000 (over PKR 40 million).
The ACC is yet to confirm the final amounts officially.
