The Rashid Minhas road dumper accident report has revealed alarming safety failures. The special traffic police unit found that the dumper involved had no fitness certificate and no safety barriers to prevent accidents.

According to details, the tragic crash happened in Karachi on August 10 at 3:15 am. The incident occurred at Karachi’s Rashid Minhas Road where a motorcycle slipped in front of the dumper, and young riders Ahmed Raza and Mahnoor were crushed under the dumper’s rear wheels and died on the spot.

The Karachi Road Accident Analysis Team confirmed that the dumper lacked safety barriers. It also had no valid fitness certificate. In addition, it was missing both a speed tracking device and a tracker system.
