Full schedule for CSS 2026 exams announced

In a major development for aspirants across the country, the Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) has officially released the full schedule for the Central Superior Services (CSS) Examination.

According to details, the CSS exam will be conducted in two phases. The first phase will include the MCQ-based Preliminary Test (MPT), while the second phase will consist of the written examination.

The FPSC’s advance public notice states that the online application notice for the MPT will be published on August 10, 2025.

Candidates will be able to submit MPT applications from August 11 to August 25.

Meanwhile, the written examination applications will be accepted from December 15 to December 30, 2025, with the written exam scheduled to begin on February 4, 2026.

The commission has clarified that this schedule serves as preliminary information and may be subject to change if required. Candidates are strongly advised to regularly check the FPSC’s official website for any updates or modifications.
