The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecast humid, mostly cloudy weather for Karachi over the next three days, with light drizzle expected during night and morning hours in some areas.
According to the Sindh Province weather outlook, most areas will continue to experience hot and dry conditions. However, Karachi Division and coastal districts such as Tharparker and Umerkot may receive isolated light rain or drizzle, especially at night or in the early morning.
For Monday (June 23), PMD predicts mostly cloudy skies with humid conditions and a good chance of light rain or drizzle.
Maximum temperatures will stay between 33°C and 35°C on Monday, increasing slightly to 34°C to 36°C by Tuesday. The minimum temperature will remain steady between 28°C and 30°C.
Humidity levels are also high, peaking at 79% on Sunday morning. Evening humidity will stay in the range of 60–70% across all three days.
The winds will blow from the southwest consistently, offering slight relief from the heat.
Residents are advised to stay hydrated and avoid unnecessary outdoor activity during peak afternoon hours, as hot and humid conditions may cause discomfort.
Despite the presence of clouds, mugginess will persist due to high humidity levels, especially in the early hours.
This weather update comes as part of PMD’s pre-monsoon outlook, with more rainfall expected in the coming weeks across different regions of Sindh.
