The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has upgraded its biker service in Karachi, expanding the number of bikes from three to eight units.
Regional Director General Amir Ali Khan said the service now provides doorstep delivery for CNICs, B-Forms, and other vital identity documents.
Citizens can now avoid long queues and crowded centers by availing services from the comfort of home.
NADRA has also launched a roadshow across Karachi, introducing the Pak-ID mobile app to the public through awareness sessions in schools, malls, universities, and government institutions.
Khan said the Pak-ID app has been technically improved for a smoother user experience, addressing previous issues. He added that a major promotional campaign for the app will roll out in the coming months to increase downloads.
