Women’s National Team Named for AFC Challenge in Jakarta

The Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) has announced its squad for the upcoming AFC Women’s Asian Cup 2026 Qualifiers, which will be held in Jakarta, Indonesia, from June 29 to July 5.

Pakistan is placed in Group E, competing against Chinese Taipei, Indonesia, and Kyrgyzstan. The team’s schedule is as follows:

July 5: Match against Kyrgyzstan

June 29: Match against Chinese Taipei

July 2: Match against hosts Indonesia

To prepare for these qualifiers, the squad will conduct a training camp under the supervision of Head Coach Adeel Rizki at Jinnah Stadium in Islamabad, from June 19 to June 26.

The squad for the upcoming AFC Women’s Asian Cup 2026 Qualifiers includes three goalkeepers: Jennah Farooki, Nisha Ashraf, and Zeeyana Jivraj. The defenders are Aliya Sadiq, Layla Banaras, Maria Khan (C), Nizalia Siddiqui, and Sophia Qureshi.

In the midfield, the team features Amina Hanif, Azwa Chaudhry, Marsha Malik, Rameen Fareed, Sanah Mehdi, and Suha Hirani. Finally, the forwards consist of Anmol Hira, Aqsa Mushtaq, Isra Khan, Mariam Mahmood, Nadia Khan, Zehmena Malik, and Zulfia Nazir.
