The trailer of Pakistan’s upcoming romantic comedy “Love Guru” was screened at Times Square, USA.
The film stars Mahira Khan and Humayun Saeed, who were both present at the trailer launch. They took photos, made videos, and interacted with fans who gathered to see the trailer on the giant screens.
A short ceremony was held during the screening, and the cast also promoted the movie in other cities across the US Videos of Mahira and Humayun dancing to the film’s track “Aa Tino Moj Karawan” went viral on social media.
“Love Guru” is set to release next month during Eid-ul-Adha in Pakistan, the U.S., and several other countries. The film’s trailer and songs have already become popular online.
The story follows Humayun Saeed’s character, a playful flirt who meets a turning point after receiving a responsibility from Mahira Khan’s father, played by Javed Sheikh. Mahira plays a bold, artistic girl, while Saeed brings a mix of romance and humor.
Shot in London, the film promises a fusion of Pashtun and Punjabi comedy with a heartfelt romantic plot. It is written by Wasay Chaudhry, directed by Nadeem Baig, and produced under the ARY Films banner.
