Director General of Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) Lieutenant General Ahmad Sharif Chaudhry stated that India is sponsoring terrorism within Pakistan and abroad, calling it a systematic state policy to destabilize the region.
Addressing a major press briefing with senior officers of the Pakistan Air Force and Pakistan Navy, the DG ISPR said India funds terror groups like the Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) and Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), also known as Fitna al-Khawarij.
He further alleged that terror camps operate inside India, aimed at launching attacks across the border.
He named Aslam Achhu, a key figure in multiple attacks on Pakistani soil, as an Indian-sponsored terrorist currently residing in India and actively coordinating militant activities.

Referring to the recent Pahalgam incident in India-held Kashmir, the DG ISPR criticized New Delhi for blaming Pakistan without investigation.
“Within ten minutes of the attack, India filed an FIR blaming Pakistan, even though the nearest police station is thirty minutes away,” he said, calling it “suspicious and politically motivated.”
General Chaudhry recalled historic examples, including the killing of Sikhs during President Bill Clinton’s visit to India, claiming India often orchestrates false flag operations to malign Pakistan.
He added that India has never provided credible evidence in any case where it accused Pakistan.
He condemned Indian forces’ brutal actions in Kashmir, stating that innocent Muslims are tortured and killed under false terrorism charges. “India is diverting its people’s attention by attacking Pakistani civilians,” he concluded.
