Leaked documents expose India’s RAW as mastermind behind Pahalgam attack

RAW false flag Pahalgam

Indian intelligence agency RAW has been exposed as the mastermind behind the Pahalgam false flag operation, as reported by Pro Pakistani, quoting leaked secret documents shared via social media platform Telegram.

The document, titled “Psy Ops and Narrative Control,” reveals a pre-planned media and military strategy aimed at framing Pakistan, which directed that media should blame Pakistan 36 hours after the attack, but Indian media jumped the gun, exposing the script too early and disrupting the plan.

As per media reports, the document shows internal divisions within RAW, possibly from officers opposing Hindutva ideology, which led to the leak.

The document revealed how RAW operatives were to monitor tourists in Anantnag – a city in India, collect fake witness statements using AI tools, and circulate blurry video footage to dramatize the event.

Over 200 fake social media accounts were planned to run a misinformation campaign blaming ISI without a central hashtag.

The narrative was designed to shift global focus from Kashmir to an alleged Islamic threat, especially during the visit of U.S. Vice President J.D. Vance.

RAW’s plan also included targeting Chinese projects like CPEC, timing militant activities in Balochistan, and setting a 1.2 km limit near the LoC to avoid international intervention. An emergency backup plan in Shopian town was activated after the main operation’s failure.

Defense experts stated the incident shows India’s increasing use of false flag operations to push anti-Pakistan propaganda.

The leaked strategy further reveals that civilian casualties, especially of Hindus, were to be reported only on non-state platforms to control public outrage.

The document orders final activation if no disruption occurs by April 21, 2025, and instructs field operatives to switch to black status post-operation.
