Upon announcement of the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA’s) new biker service, citizens can get their key identity documents from the comfort of their home.
This service saves many from long queues and trips to NADRA offices by allowing them to apply or renew documents from their home.
Where Is the Service Available?
NADRA’s biker service, which was initially introduced in selected areas of Punjab, has now extended to other major cities across Pakistan to facilitate citizens including:
- Lahore
- Karachi
- Islamabad
- Rawalpindi
- Wah Cantt
- Taxila
- Hyderabad
- Mirpurkhas
Cost of Services:
The applicant will need to pay Rs 1,000 in total.
- Rs 825 for the service
- Rs 175 for delivery
Charges might change depending on your document type, so it’s best to ask for full pricing while speaking with the NADRA representative.

How to Register?
To get started, the applicant needs to call NADRA and book a biker to visit their home for the application process.
- From a mobile phone, dial 1777.
- If using a landline, call 051-111-786-100 to connect with a NADRA support agent.
The agent will guide you step by step and then dispatch a biker to your location for biometric and document verification.
Once everything is verified, your documents will be processed and delivered to your address without you having to visit any office.
