Lahore Qalandars’ Fakhar Zaman matched Mohammad Rizwan’s 26 PSL half-century record during their clash against Multan Sultans.

Fakhar Zaman’s 67 off 39 balls helped Qalandars post a target of 219 with the loss of six wickets. While chasing 220, Quetta Gladiators collapsed for 140 in 16.3 overs.

Qalandars’ bowlers dominated, with skipper Shaheen Afridi removing both openers early, securing their first PSL 10 win.

Zaman now shares second place for most PSL fifties, behind Babar Azam’s 33. His aggressive innings included seven fours and three sixes, proving vital for Lahore.

Earlier to this, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has officially revealed the prize money for the 10th edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL X).

This year’s tournament will kick off on April 11 with six teams competing for the prestigious Luminara Trophy and significant cash prizes for top performers.

According to PCB, the winning team will take home USD 500,000, while the runner-up will receive a reward of USD 200,000 after the final match.

The 2025 edition promises an action-packed tournament with 34 matches scheduled from April 11 to May 18 across four major cities in Pakistan.

The opening match will take place at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium after a star-studded ceremony featuring top Pakistani artists and musical icons performing live.

Sufi legend Abida Parveen, pop singer Ali Zafar, hip-hop duo Young Stunners, Natasha Baig, and Abrar ul Haq will all headline the event.
