The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has released updated voter registration figures according to which a total of 133.4 million voters are registered in the country.
As per details shared by the ECP, the number of registered voters in Pakistan has exceeded 133.4 million as of March 06, 2025.
The latest statistics highlighted that the country now has a total of 133,417,505 registered voters, which includes male and female.
Among them, the number of male voters stands at 71,654,092, while the total female voter count has reached 61,763,413.
According to ECP, the number of registered voters in February 2018 was 128 million, indicating a steady rise in voter participation.
The electoral body issued a statement emphasizing its commitment to transparency, stating, “The ECP’s dedication to transparency is evident in this disclosure, offering citizens accurate electoral information.”
It further added, “This disclosure is in line with the Election Commission’s ongoing efforts to maintain an updated and easily accessible record of the nation’s voting population.”
Provincial Breakdown of Voters
Punjab remains the most populous province in terms of registered voters, with over 76 million (76,010,349) eligible voters. Of these, 53.24% (40,467,887) are male, and 46.76% (35,542,462) are female.
Sindh follows with 27.9 million (27,981,501) registered voters, where 54.03% (15,118,228) are male and 45.97% (12,863,273) are female.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) has 22.6 million (22,675,553) registered voters, with 54.38% (12,330,460) male participation and 45.62% (10,345,093) female participation.
Balochistan, the least populated province, has 5.5 million (5,566,441) registered voters, with 56.01% (3,117,944) male voters and 43.99% (2,448,497) female voters.
Islamabad, the federal capital, has a relatively balanced voter distribution, with 1.1 million (1,183,661) registered voters. Among them, 52.34% (619,573) are male, and 47.66% (564,088) are female.
