About Naseer Soomro
Born in Shikarpur, Sindh, Soomro worked for Pakistan Airlines, where his huge height made him stand out. In 1999, he became famous when he went to Taiwan to appear in the Guinness World Records Museum. There he met one of the world’s shortest men.
Though famous, Soomro had health problems because of his extreme height. In 2019, fake news spread that he had died, but it wasn’t true. Sadly, he passed away six years later from lung disease.
Soomro was known as a gentle, humble man despite his giant size. His life showed how people with rare physical conditions can still live normal lives.
