Armed robbers looted Rs 1.15 million from the Peoples Bus Service staff at Gulshan-e-Hadid Stop, escaping with cash, weapons, and mobile phones.
According to bus driver Sher Jan’s statement, he and two other staff members were sitting outside the bus when six men arrived in a vehicle.
Four armed suspects forced them inside the bus at gunpoint, looting the day’s ticket collection revenue and snatching a security guard’s weapon and mobile phone before fleeing.
The driver further claimed that despite calling the police emergency helpline 15, no personnel arrived at the scene. He, along with other staff members, later went to Steel Town Police Station to file an FIR.
SSP Malir assured that police have registered a case under PPC sections 357 and 395, and efforts are underway to trace and arrest the suspects. Meanwhile, CCTV footage has emerged, showing two armed men and a suspect carrying a bag of cash during the robbery.

A case has been registered regarding the murder of Muhammad Imran, an accountant who was shot dead during a robbery.
According to the FIR, Imran was carrying Rs 5.1 million from a bank along with a security guard and driver when three armed robbers on a motorcycle intercepted them.
