The much-awaited ICC Champions Trophy 2025 is just three days away, with the official trophy unveiling ceremony scheduled to take place today in Lahore.
The trophy will be revealed at the Deewan-e-Aam (Hazuri Bagh) in the Royal Fort, Lahore, setting the stage for the upcoming cricket tournament.
Pakistani singer Atif Aslam is set to perform the official anthem for the tournament at the ceremony. Both Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and ICC officials will also be present in the event.
The grand opening ceremony for the Champions Trophy will take place on February 19 at Karachi’s National Stadium, followed by the opening match between hosts and defending champions Pakistan and New Zealand.

The Pakistan Air Force (PAF) will showcase airshows over the stadium, including JF Thunder 17, F-16, and Sherdil, at the ceremony.
New Zealand, South Africa, and Afghanistan have already arrived in Pakistan for the event, while Australia and England will reach the country on February 18 and 19.
The Indian team, however, will play its matches under a hybrid model in Dubai, with the Bangladesh team arriving in Pakistan after playing India on February 20.
The Champions Trophy 2025 will run from February 19 to March 9 in Pakistan and UAE, marking Pakistan’s return to hosting an ICC event after 29 years.
