Good news for pilgrims

The Ministry of the Two Holy Mosques Affairs in Saudi Arabia has announced a new service without any cost for the pilgrims planning to visit Masjid Al-Haram.

According to a report by the Saudi Press Agency, the authorities announced the provision of free lockers for Umrah pilgrims visiting the Grand Mosque which are available in the eastern outer courtyard of the mosque, in front of Al-Shabaika Gate No. 64.

To use the lockers, pilgrims must first obtain an Umrah permit through the Nasik portal and present it to officials.

The lockers will be available for a maximum of four hours.

Meanwhile, the authorities restricted the pilgrims to store prohibited, dangerous, or valuable items in the lockers, including food and drink.

Additionally, the items placed in the lockers must not exceed seven kilograms and should be kept in bags as the items kept in the shoppers will not be accepted.
