The Global Trophy Tour for the ICC Men’s Champions Trophy initiated from Islamabad, Pakistan today and will make its way to Karachi next week.
On the opening day of its Tour, the Trophy will be displayed at landmarks like Faisal Mosque, Daman-e-Koh and Pakistan Monument – accompanied by the Pakistan’s legendry fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar – in Islamabad.
After stops in cities like Abbottabad and Murree, the trophy will arrive in Karachi on November 22 till November 25.
In Karachi, fans will witness the trophy at iconic venues, part of a larger initiative to engage audiences globally.
The tour celebrates the Champions Trophy’s legacy, which saw Pakistan famously defeat India in the 2017 final.

Anurag Dahiya, ICC Chief Commercial Officer, described the Trophy Tour as a unique opportunity for fans. “It allows cricket lovers worldwide to connect with the game’s most iconic moments and trophies.”
“We are delighted to launch the Trophy Tour with DP World ahead of the ICC Men’s Champions Trophy, where another action-packed programme of activity is available to fans across the world,” He added.
“The silverware, which will be showcased across all participating nations, will allow the sport’s passionate fanbase to enjoy the unforgettable experience of being up close with the iconic trophy,” Dahiya said.
