Emirates, one of the world’s leading airlines, is set to conduct a recruitment drive in Karachi and Islamabad, two major cities in Pakistan, as part of its plan to expand its cabin crew workforce.
The recruitment process is being carried out by the Emirates Group, the parent company of the Dubai-based airline. “Invite only” interviews will be conducted in Karachi on 2nd August and in Islamabad on 30th August.
Interested candidates are required to apply on the Emirates Group’s website to be considered for the interviews. Shortlisted applicants will receive an email providing the details of the interview location and time.
Emirates is also organizing open days in various cities worldwide, where candidates can participate without submitting a prior application. The airline is actively searching for skilled and talented individuals to fill vacancies in different cities. Here is a list of upcoming open day events:

It should be noted that interested candidates from Kazakhstan are also required to apply online before appearing for an interview in Astana. For Russia, the Emirates Group has partnered with Global Vision for recruitment.
In the fiscal year 2022-23, the Emirates Group recruited 17,160 employees for various positions, bringing its total workforce to over 102,000 by the end of March 2023.
Emirates Airlines takes pride in its diverse and inclusive cabin crew, representing over 140 nationalities and speaking approximately 130 languages.
Eligibility criteria for cabin crew applicants include proficiency in English, with knowledge of additional languages considered a plus. Candidates must meet certain height requirements and fulfill the employment visa criteria outlined by the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred, along with a high school diploma or equivalent qualification. Visible tattoos must not be present while wearing the uniform.
Selected candidates can expect a competitive salary and benefits package, including a basic monthly salary of AED 4,430, flying pay of AED 63.75 per hour, and an average total salary of AED 10,170. Accommodation and transportation to and from the airport are also provided.
