Rashid Naseem, a renowned martial artist from Karachi, has made history by having three of his world records included in the prestigious "Best Records of the Year 2024” video released by Guinness World Records.
Naseem is the only Pakistani to feature in the video, which showcases some of the most remarkable feats around the world.
The video, released on the official Guinness World Records YouTube channel, highlights notable records from countries including Canada, Armenia, France, Japan, USA, Germany, Nigeria, India, and many others.
Among these global achievements, Naseem’s three exceptional records stand out:
- Breaking 39 Cold Drink Cans with His Head in 30 Seconds.
- Breaking 169 Walnuts with the Heel of His Elbow in 30 Seconds.
- Throwing 346 Full-Contact Punches in One Minute.
In his statement, Naseem dedicated his achievements to Palestine and expressed his frustration over the lack of government support despite his decade-long efforts.
“I have been working hard for 10 years, but no government representative has called me or invited me,” he said. Despite this, he remains focused on his goal of breaking 200 records.
Naseem has broken more than 40 records of Indians alone and holds world records across multiple countries including the United States, Germany, England, Switzerland, Iran, China, and Italy.
He is also the first martial artist to set the most world records not just in Pakistan, but globally.
His accomplishments span various categories including strikes, nunchucks, sticks, and elbow techniques.
Naseem’s global representation of Pakistan in TV shows and world-renowned programs in countries like Italy, Germany, Korea, China, and Singapore further named his place in the world record books.
With a growing list of achievements, Rashid Naseem continues to break barriers, proudly holding the title of the most decorated martial artist in the world.
