Sindh announces 50,000 jobs for youths

Sindh Information Minister Sharjeel Memon has announced employment opportunities for Pakistani youth, with plans to create 50,000 jobs through various initiatives.

Speaking to the media, Minister Memon revealed that Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah has been actively engaging with investors, aiming to finalize multiple Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) within the next few days.

These efforts include the establishment of a Medical City in Karachi to bolster the health sector and attract foreign investments.

The provincial information minister stated that foreign investors will assist in setting up industries in the Dhabeji Economic Zone, which will provide employment to 50,000 individuals.

He further added that foreign investors have shown significant interest in the province’s energy sector, particularly due to Sindh’s ability to generate low-cost electricity from Tharparkar’s coal reserves.
