According to Downdetector’s heat map, Karachi was noted to have suffered the most significant effects from the outages, with internet issues reported since Saturday night, creating further challenges for businesses and individuals relying on stable connectivity.

It is pertinent to mention here that the Ministry of Interior had earlier announced the suspension of internet services in specific areas due to security concerns, primarily in major cities of Punjab.

The ministry clarified that the shutdown is localized to high-risk areas, with mobile and Wi-Fi services operational in unaffected regions.

As internet disruptions persist, citizens and businesses continue to face difficulties, stressing the growing dependency on uninterrupted internet connectivity in today’s digital landscape.
