Sindh’s issues presented before PM Shehbaz in Karachi visit

Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah presented the case of Sindh before Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif in a meeting held during his visit to Karachi.

Sindh’s 25 new schemes worth 264 billion are yet to be approved by the centre, the chief minister told the prime minister and showed his hope for their swift approval. He also reminded the PM that 177 schemes worth Rs 1.2 trillion were given to Punjab in the year 22-2021, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa was given 127 schemes worth Rs 1.9 trillion.

PM assures Sindh CM to include Sindh development projects in PSDP.

Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif was also briefed on Karachi Circular Railway, the problem of traffic and the fact that the success of BRT service depends on the circular railway system.
