The Sindh Health Department on Tuesday released a report showing that 508 cases of dengue fever have been reported in Sindh from September 1 to 27, the majority of which are from Karachi.
In all, 442 dengue cases were reported from Karachi, out of which 118 were from the Centeral division.
Out of the total cases in Karachi, 79 cases were recorded in the East district, 34 in South district, 37 in Korangi, 28 cases in Malir and 46 cases in West district.
Recently provincial health department reported five dengue-related deaths in Sindh, four in Karachi, three of them in Central district and one in East.
