The Sindh Police, on the eve of December 24, sent out a mass message urging citizens to refrain from firing in the air on Christmas and New Year’s Eve.
Sindh Police also directed citizens to refrain from alcohol consumption on New Year and Christmas.
Police officials said that people should contact 15-helpline to identify such incidents.
In the warning message, the citizens were assured that the Karachi police is working hard to protect the lives and property of the people.
