Prolonged power outages continue in Karachi while the duration of load shedding has increased from 8 hours to 18 hours.
Prolonged load shedding is taking place in Kharadar, Lyari, Niaabad, Korangi, Orangi, Landhi Kemari, Surjani Town, Quaidabad and Qayyumabad.
Besides, prolonged load shedding is also taking place in New Karachi, North Nazimabad, Nazimabad, Liaquatabad, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Gulistan-e-Jauhar, and Scheme-33.
Citizens say that there is load shedding throughout the day and then even at midnight the power is suddenly cut off.
